Before we owned and rented out our own properties, our fearless leader Doug had a storied career in the property management business. He’s been helping to manage properties for 7 years, during which time he has stabilized Class C multi-family rental properties in the state of Michigan and the Detroit Metropolitan area. Stabilization is the point at which a development becomes fully viable, which is good news for you. That means we know how to make a property livable and workable for a wide range of tenants, and we’ll bring that same people-first expertise to you. We currently own and manage more than a hundred residential units, and would love to see you in one soon.
